On a few nights a year, Centraal Museum keeps its door open until late to welcome more art, local creatives and curious crowds to a special event: Centraal Laat. During these evenings, the exhibition spaces are filled with live music and performances. Guests are invited to get involved through workshops and lectures. Designed in close collaboration with Utrecht locals and newcomers, each Centraal Laat draws from the topics of the current exhibition to offer to the guests a new, refreshing experience.

On 3 July, the summer exhibition Spray and Stitch opens and you are invited to kick off the summer that evening at Centraal Museum! Keep It Moving and Igor  are programming the evening. Will you be there?

Keep It Moving

Keep It Moving started by hosting Breakfast Radio at Stranded FM every Saturday morning. Later, as a collective, she organised events and hang-outs for emerging makers in Utrecht with live music, workshops, talks, sound exhibition, synth performances. For Centraal Laat, she invites performers, DJs and musicians.

Igor

Rapper and singer Igor brings a breath of fresh air to the Dutch hip-hop scene. With unconventional influences and a seventeen-piece orchestra, he presents his debut album Kind Aan Zee. During Centraal Laat, he will perform and programme part of the evening.
